        民國111年為提供客戶更多元化的服務，明兆會計師事務所力邀曾國華會計師加入，藉由曾會計師於資誠聯合會計師事務所服務數十年之經驗，提供輔導客戶上市櫃、協助客戶引入潛在投資者及集團間之組織架構重整如合併、分割等經驗，協助中小企業客戶邁向國際化及進入資本市場。

另於民國113年8月，明兆聯合會計師事務所更名為「睿杰」聯合會計師事務所，繼續為舊雨新知提供專業服務！

Taking advantage of Accountant TK’s decades of experience in the field of assisting the clients stock listing on the stock exchange market, assisted in introducing potential investors, and experience in inter-group organizational restructuring such as mergers and spin-offs, etc., Sunwise hope to assist small and medium-sized enterprise clients to internationalize and enter the capital market.
